God of creation, thank you for the various peoples and countries represented in this airport today, especially for [name].
Bless all who travel for business, pleasure, or emergency today, that they may continue to glorify your world by their lives and actions. Amen.

Waiting to travel
God of patience, be with me as I wait in the airport [because of...].
Let me spend this time with you, focusing on your presence in my life despite the stress of the present situation.
Help me breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy the present moment, so that I may be refreshed when it is time to travel again. Amen.

Boarding the plane
God of power, be with the pilot and all who operate this plane as it takes off.
Bless everyone on board, and calm anyone who is feeling anxious or afraid [especially...].
Help the passengers to put their trust in those whose job it is to get them safely and comfortably to their destination.
Give to passengers and crew your gifts of patience, calmness and sensitivity to others -
those for whom this is a new and unsettling experience and those for whom this is a regular part of their everyday life.
Hold this aeroplane [insert name of flight or type of plane] and all the precious lives it contains in your hands and keep them [us] safe - now and always. Amen.

During the flight

For cleaner at journeys end
For Air Traffic control
For baggage handler
For check-in agent
For dispatcher
For Captain and First Officer
For Senior Steward and Cabin Crew
For all who make my flight possible, I pray
giving thanks for their skill and ability
May I show value to them all for their service on my behalf Amen
